Amber Maze and the Shadow IV

I woke up in Travis’s room.  It was still decorated with steam engine wallpaper.  Travis was watching me.
“Hey.”
I smiled, “Hey.”
“Some heroic adventure, huh?”
“Travis, why didn’t you like Song?”
I could tell that took him by surprise.
“You’ll never believe me.”
“Try me.”
He sighed, “Song the Lyre Player wasn’t your dream…she was my nightmare.”
We laughed and Travis did the unimaginable (or undreamable), he kissed me on the cheek.  We blushed and I had reason to thank Shadow for bringing us together again.
